- Property type, access instructions and booking preferences
- Service details, urgency and job history
- Photographs uploaded to explain the problem
Why we use your information
- Assess and route your service request
- Contact you and arrange attendance
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Process payments and maintain business records
- Send a completion-review request
- Prevent spam, fraud and duplicate enquiries
Who receives it
- ElectroPlumbPro’s authorised operations team
- The assigned technician: John Mathe, George Muene or both where appropriate
- Service providers needed for email, hosting, storage and payment processing
We do not sell or resell your request to competing contractors.
Retention, security and deletion
- Information is retained only as long as needed for the service relationship, accounting, dispute resolution, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
- Access is restricted to authorised administrators and operational staff.
- You may request deletion, subject to records we must retain by law or to protect a legal claim.

Photograph privacy warning
- Upload only photographs relevant to the service problem.
- Remove people, identity documents, alarm details, passwords and unnecessary personal information.
- We will not publish job photographs without permission and a privacy check.
Cookies and advertising measurement
- The website may use essential cookies to operate the service.
- Campaign parameters may measure advertising performance, form submissions and call-button clicks.
- With your permission, Google Analytics measures page views, call-link clicks and successful enquiries. We do not deliberately send your name, contact details, address, photos or problem description to Google Analytics. Google may process usage data outside South Africa.
- You may accept or decline optional analytics and change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages. Browser settings also allow cookie deletion.
