- Emergency call-out: R1,250.
- After-hours call-out: R1,500 — before 09:00 or after 17:00 Monday–Friday, and before 09:00 or after 13:00 Saturday.

- These charges cover call-out and assessment. Repairs, additional labour and materials are quoted before work begins.

- ElectroPlumbPro is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT.
Quote validity and variations
- Quotations are valid for seven calendar days from the issue date.
- Hidden defects, changed scope, access restrictions, specialist equipment and additional materials may change the price.
- We obtain customer approval before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
Cancellations, deposits and refunds
- Please provide at least two hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Deposits may be applied to approved travel, time, work already performed or specially ordered materials.
- Any approved refundable balance is processed within seven business days.
- No refund is due for work completed in accordance with the approved quotation.
Workmanship guarantee
- Approved workmanship is covered for 90 days from completion.
- Where a defect is directly attributable to our workmanship, we will inspect and rectify it at no additional labour charge.
- Parts and equipment remain subject to applicable manufacturer warranties.
- This guarantee does not exclude or limit rights provided by South African consumer-protection law.
- It excludes misuse, pre-existing defects, third-party work, normal wear, power or water-supply problems and unauthorised changes.
Electrical CoC authorisation
- John Mathe is legally authorised to issue an electrical Certificate of Compliance (CoC).
- A CoC is issued only if the installation meets applicable requirements.
- An inspection alone does not guarantee a certificate. Rectification and reinspection are quoted separately.
Emergency safety
- For fire, exposed live conductors or water near live equipment, move to safety and contact emergency services.
- The five-minute commitment means acknowledgement of complete requests during monitored operating hours; it is not a guaranteed arrival time.
